' Remember, I am always with you.
 When you walk
I am behind you, ready to catch you,
Beside you to hold your hand and guide you,
In front of you to lead you,
And when you fall, I will catch you.'

 PLOTLINE:
The story revolves around the life of Rick Puri, who suffers from a major heart disease, aortic valve stenosis, which has led to narrowing of his heart than usual, that is, any physical activity can put a strain on his heart, and he might die.
Since childhood, Rick has never been able to live his life freely. He has always been sympathized by others, be it his parents, teachers or his best friend Jacob. He craves to live a normal and happy life like other people of his age. With Amy in his life, Rick was happy and hoped to spend his whole life with her, but hearing about his deadly disease, she broke up with him.
After his break up, Rick got devastated, started drinking, and also went through surgery twice. He even tried to commit suicide by taking a lot of painkillers, which was used to cure his chest pain. But with the help of his family, best friend Jacob he started getting better and tried to come back to a normal and healthy life. He also tried to prove his worth and talent by joining his father's family business. Unexpectedly while he was returning from a business meeting that was held in Hong Kong to Delhi, he met a girl Lisa and instantly got attracted to her. They even exchanged their numbers and started talking a lot. Eventually, they both fell in love and decided to spend their life together.
However, Lisa wasn't aware about Rick's heart disease and Rick was in a state of dilemma of how he was going to tell that to her, because he didn't want to lose her. Will Lisa understand and stay with him or will she leave him like Amy?

 MY REVIEW:
'Inside the heart of hope' is the debut novel of the author Risabh Puri and he has penned down a beautiful, inspirational and sweet love story. The story is somewhat based on the author's real life instances. The language and writing style of the author has been simple and lucid throughout the book. I finished the book in one go within 3 hours. The character of Rick, his emotional ups and downs, feelings has been wonderfully portrayed by the author. There were also many inspirational and heartfelt messages throughout the book that I could relate to. Most importantly, the author has tried to convey the message that health should not be the only factor to a relationship with friends or loved one, one should always look on the inside of people and see who they really are. Overall, it was a nice read and I would recommend everyone to read it once.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Rishabh Puri is a highly accomplished entrepreneur of Indian origin with his spurring business set-ups in Nigeria, UAE, and China.
He is not just a busy businessman but also spares time for his most cherished skills for penning down a fiction. He is an avid traveler, super car enthusiast, a natural drawer and also an active volunteer for supporting the needy strata of our society.
However, his childhood was not as fancy because he was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease at the age of 1. He often craved for a normal life that everyone else was able to enjoy. Despite being so near to death every time he was on the surgery table, he never restricted himself from hoping to live a full life, a life comprising the happiest moments, complimented with a lot of humour.

I received the review copy from the author in exchange of an honest review. The information about the author has been taken from Amazon.in.
